TRACK TEAMS COMPETE AT INDIAN LAKE...
Both the boys and girl track teams took part in a tri-meet with Indian Lake and Ben Logan on Thursday.

The boys and girls track teams took to the track Thursday at Indian Lake in a tri-meet with the host Lakers and Ben Logan.
The boys captured first place in seven events, while the girls took first in five events.
Leading the way for the Covington boys was Brock Iddings, who won four individual events.
Iddings breezed his way through the 110 meter hurdles despite running into a strong wind. He swept the hurdle events with another win in the 300.
The senior won the long jump and the 100 meter dash as well.
The boys 4x400 relay team of Zack Gibson, Curtis Dysinger, Josh Boehringer and Bill Dickey earned first place with a time of 3:51.22.
Curtis Dysinger, Andy Hittle, Willie Hoffert and Levi VanDeGrift teamed to win the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 9:36.74.
The 4x200 meter relay also went to Covington as the team of Bill Dickey, Teddy Hale, Zack Gibson and Josh Boehringer finished in the time of 1:37.1
The boys 4x100 team of Jake Wise, Teddy Hale, Bill Dickey and Josh Boehringer finished a close second to Indian Lake in a time of 48.10.
Renee Otte matched Brock Iddings by taking four events for the girls. She won the long jump, the 100, 200 and 400.
The girls 4x800 meter relay team of Ashley Diltz, Holly Tobias, Josselyn Tobias and Alyssa Angle also took first with a time of 10:54.5.
The girls placed second in three other relay events as well, the 2x200, 4x100 and the 4x400, while Ashley Diltz took second in the 1600 meter run.
Covington gets a weeks worth of rest before hosting the Covington Invitational next Friday.
