The Covington boys golf team ran into a buzz saw on Thursday as Russia tore up the course in a 157-189 victory over the Buccs.

DAN KENDIG MEMORIAL
The Covington boys golf team finished 8th out of 15 teams in the annual Dan Kendig Memorial at Echo Hills. Versailles won the tournament with a team score of 312, while Russia finished second with 320 points.
D.J. Seger led Covington with an 97, while Samuel Slusher finished close behind with an 89. Christian Carder and Wes Root each tallied a 94, while Joseph Slusher came in at 99 and Ryan Craft at 101.
