Wednesday afternoon the Lady Buccs defeated the Arcanum Lady Trojans 171-186.

The Buccs were led in scoring by Senior Ashley Johnson who shot a school record score of an even par 36. Johnson was playing against the two-time CCC player of the year Jackie Eib who had been medalist in two large invitationals this year.

Thursday afternoon the Lady Buccs traveled to Richmond, Ind. to play the National Trail Blazersettes. Playing in the rain and on a course that hadn't been cut for several days, the Buccs perservered. The final score: Covington 193 National Trail 280. Individual scores were: Ashley Johnson 42, Amanda Fritts 48, Cali Jo Deeter 49, Sarah Ciriegio 54, Renee Otte 56 and Sarah Westfall 60. The Buccs are 6-0 in CCC play.
