COVINGTON – After dropping the first two contests against Anna and Brookville, the Covington Lady Buccs opened TRC action with a victory over Troy Christian on Tuesday.

It took the Lady Buccs four sets to capture the victory due to a slow start. After dropping the first set 19-25, Covington came out ready to play and dominated the Eagles 25-10, 25-12 and 25-11 in the final three sets.

Covington is now 1-2 overall and 1-0 in the TRC.

Covington’s Junior Varsity squad defeated TC 25-15, 25-14, they are 3-0 and 1-0.
